Nature of service
We provide information and help arrange fast-track, meet & greet, lounge, and VIP arrival/departure assistance. The assistance is delivered by vetted providers, not by us directly.
Fast-track & immigration
Fast-track means assistance and escort. Immigration clearance is always the officer’s decision, and wait times are never guaranteed. We cannot promise specific processing times or outcomes.
Pricing & availability
All prices are ranges and indicative, varying by package, group size, and arrival/departure. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. Bali’s international tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person is separate and payable by travellers.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by the provider or our official channel. Cancellation and refunds follow the serving provider’s policy.
Limitation of liability
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee availability, timing, or immigration outcomes. Responsibility for the service rests with the operating provider.
